Dr. Alexey Lebedev is the Professor of the Faculty of Cultural Management at Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences, and he is the Head of the Laboratory for Museum Design at the Russian Institute for Cultural Research.

Dr. Lebedev talks about his career in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the phenomenon of a virtual museum and the future of ICTs in museums.
