The webinars will highlight key insights from our newly published collection of case studies, showcasing inclusive initiatives from museums in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Hungary, as well as an example from a library in Romania. Museum professionals will share their experiences in implementing inclusive strategies, highlighting both successes and challenges. From tactile exhibitions and audio descriptions to digital innovations such as QR codes, NFC, and VR, these examples showcase how museums are leveraging technology to create more inclusive environments.
