Dr. Lev Nol is the Head of IT department at the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts (Moscow). He was one of the pioneers in the USSR who started implementing ICTs in museums 30 years ago. He was the person behind the first collections management system in the USSR which was created for the State Hermitage Museum in 1984.

Dr. Nol talks about the development of ICTs in the Pushkin State Museum and argues about the future of ICTs in the culture sector.
